Conventional airplane trolleys were designed with the goals of function and weight reduction, at low cost for aircraft manufacturers and airlines. The MBK12 Hometrolley now presents itself as a high-quality piece of furniture made of solid oak wood that aesthetically enhances any room. With the offered variants, including a home bar, a home office printer station with A4 paper trays, a turntable tower, and an espresso station, the Hometrolley offers many uses. Whatever it is used for – it is an eye-catcher in any environment. The characteristic transparency of the Hometrolley, realized through solid oak slats integrated into the shelves, creates subtle shadow patterns and gives the room a special atmosphere. The deliberately open structure encourages the choice of items to be stored and displayed and supports a minimalist approach. The typical "stuffing full" with all sorts of things is immediately noticeable and is therefore usually avoided. The Hometrolley forms a symbiosis of practicality and aesthetic ambition, giving rooms elegance and a highlight. Every room deserves a highlight, which hopefully is not the television. We see the Hometrolley as a further development of our modular bar cart classic. The Hometrolley, with its small footprint and transparency, comes closer to our ideal of minimalism. The "drawers" are actually trays that can be removed in a second. These can be placed on the desk, as they are decorative from all sides and have no grooves, rails, screws, etc. The top board is placed on and can be removed without tools and in a second. This exposes the handle for pushing the Hometrolley. Due to the individual wood grain, each Hometrolley is unique, regardless of the configuration. It represents a life philosophy focused on the essentials, promoting calmness and inner peace. Our goal is to convey the true core and advantages of minimalism by creating furniture that evokes positive emotions. In this way, we want to dissolve the strictness associated with minimalism and make it more accessible. In short: it simply has to be beautiful and wow.
