Hundred Suns- Le Mania Syrah 750ml

This Syrah hails from the Le Mani vineyard formerly know as River Rock. Planted in the rocky, alluvial soils deposited on the valley floor. Hand-picked and placed as whole bunches in vat with gentle foot treading toliberated the juice from within its thick skins. Fermented with indigenous yeast and aged 40% in terracotta amphora and 60% in oal: barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered after 20 months of élevage. This Syrah contains dark fruits mixed with black pepper and savory spice for which this region is known.
