This item will ship in mid September This seed mix consists of our tried and tested favorite seeds for seed-eating ants, particularly for Western Harvester Ants, Pogonomyrmex occidentalis. These ants can survive and even thrive based solely on these seeds. Tetramorium spp, Messor spp also seem to be able to survive on a diet of solely seeds. Myrmica spp and Solenopsis spp will also take these seeds.
