Magnetic Marker Wall Decal 120×90cm - JDECAL

Magnetic Marker Wall Decal – An Interactive Surface for Learning, Creativity and Participation Transform an ordinary wall into an interactive drawing and learning space with the Magnetic Marker Wall Decal. Designed for homes, schools, early learning centres and allied health environments, this innovative peel-and-stick decal combines a dry-erase drawing surface with magnetic functionality, creating opportunities for creativity, communication, learning and everyday participation. Measuring 120 x 90cm, the Magnetic Marker Wall Decal provides a generous surface for drawing, practising early writing skills, exploring letters and numbers, creating visual learning activities and displaying magnetic educational resources. Unlike a traditional marker board, it adheres directly to a suitable wall, eliminating the need to mount a separate board. The white surface is designed for use with dry-erase markers and wipes clean, ready for the next activity. With no chalk required, it offers a practical alternative for families, educators and care providers seeking a drawing surface without chalk dust. A Magnetic Surface for Interactive Learning The two-layer magnetic film is designed to provide a stronger magnetic hold than single-layer alternatives. Use it with compatible magnetic letters, numbers, shapes and tiles to create an engaging wall-based learning experience. The magnetic surface can also accommodate compatible magnetic accessories, including a MagicPlate loaded with building bricks, provided the magnets are sufficiently strong and the combined weight is appropriate for the application. For educators, occupational therapists and allied health professionals, this creates opportunities to incorporate hands-on activities into learning sessions, therapy environments and structured play. Supports Independence and Functional Participation The Magnetic Marker Wall Decal can be incorporated into everyday routines and purposeful activities that encourage active participation. Depending on the individual's needs and abilities, activities may support: Fine motor development through drawing, writing and placing magnetic pieces. Early literacy and numeracy through letters, numbers and shape recognition. Visual learning through demonstrations, matching tasks and visual prompts. Communication and choice-making through interactive activities. Creative expression through independent drawing and mark-making. Participation in shared activities at home, in classrooms and in therapy settings. For occupational therapists and allied health practitioners, the decal can provide a flexible surface for incorporating meaningful activities into individualised sessions. For families and support workers, it offers an accessible way to introduce creative and educational activities into daily routines. Flexible Installation to Suit Your Space The decal measures 120 x 90cm and can be trimmed to suit a suitable wall area. Its peel-and-stick installation is designed to be permanent rather than repositionable, so careful planning is essential before application. The surface must be smooth, flat, clean and suitable for adhesive installation. Always check the wall material and paint condition before ordering, as some surfaces may prevent secure adhesion or become damaged during removal. Whether you are creating a home learning area, an interactive classroom wall or an activity space within an allied health setting, the Magnetic Marker Wall Decal offers a practical way to make better use of existing wall space. Wall surface suitability The decal may not adhere correctly to the following surfaces: Newly painted walls where the paint has not fully cured. The supplier advises avoiding application within 30–90 days of painting; curing times vary depending on the paint and conditions. Deteriorated, powdery or chalking walls. Most standard wallpapers and fabric-backed wall coverings. Porous or rough surfaces, including bare concrete and heavily textured plaster. Uneven surfaces that are not smooth and flat. Check the wall surface carefully before installation. Adhesion and removal may affect paint or wall finishes. Permanent installation This decal is not designed to be repositioned after application. Removing and reinstalling it may stretch the material, compromise the adhesive and damage the wall finish. Plan the position and dimensions carefully before removing the backing and applying the decal. Compatible writing materials Use dry-erase markers only. Do not use crayons, chalk or permanent markers, as these may stain the surface or prevent effective cleaning. Magnetic accessories and load limits The surface is magnetic-receptive, but holding strength depends on the magnets used, the decal material, the wall surface and the weight of the item. Test compatibility before placing heavier accessories on the decal. Do not assume that every magnet or magnetic toy will hold securely. Supervision and accessibility Choose activities and accessories appropriate to the user's age, abilities and support needs. Supervise children and individuals who may mouth small objects when using magnetic letters, tiles or other small accessories. Small magnets can pose a serious ingestion hazard. Ensure the installed decal does not create an obstruction or interfere with mobility aids, transfers or safe movement around the space. Why Choose This Product?
