About the work Alexander Wertheim’s works feature vertical and horizontal lines that overlap and intersect, forming grid-like and lattice structures. While in previous years he primarily worked with spray paint, he now increasingly applies paint with a brush, introducing a distinctly visible painterly gesture to the works.
