This specific mounting buffer spans an extensive era of classic V8-powered Mercedes-Benz models across three iconic chassis lines spanning from 1971 through 1991. It is utilized across the entire R107 SL Roadster lineup (including the 350SL, 380SL, 420SL, 450SL, 500SL, and 560SL), the fixed-roof C107 SLC Coupe series (from the 350SLC through the 500SLC), as well as the flagship W126 sedan and C126 SEC coupe models (comprising the 380, 420, 500, and 560 variants).
