A distinctive vintage Italian sterling silver herringbone chain featuring two beautifully different sides. One side displays a defined overlapping pattern with bright polished edges, while the reverse has a finer textured finish. The contrasting surfaces catch the light differently, allowing the chain to be worn on either side.
