Serves 4, 20 Minute Meal, Vegetarian, We love a good dirty martini, so when we saw this recipe that has recently been making the rounds on the internet, we had to take a crack at it. The results? Weird and wonderful, and perfect for the olive lover! The sauce is built with garlic, shallot, and castelvetrano olives sauteed in olive oil, then deglazed with some salty olive brine and a couple shots of aromatic gin (or vodka if that’s your go-to) and enriched with butter and parmesan cheese, tossed with fresh bucatini pasta, and finished with lemon, parsley, and crumbled farmstead blue cheese. Add a bit of cooked chicken breast or shrimp for some extra protein.
