A 1-hour screen-share or call with us, live — we debug your printer with you watching, hands stay on your machine. If you'd rather have someone drive while you watch, this is the tier. It includes the Config Fix deliverables (corrected config + change log). Sessions that can't be scheduled within 5 business days are refunded on request. Remote access Screen-share only. You keep hands on your machine at all times and we never ask for credentials.
