9mm Round Garnet in Bezel Set Silver Ring, Sterling Silver, size 7 or just over N1/2, 4.16g

We are definitely in our garnet era. The garnets we have recently come across are lively and deep and red - and these rich mulled wine, strawberry jam hues are rich and warm and we love the richness and depth of the stones. Garnets come in a range of colours (yes we love them all) - but these deep red ones give us warm drinks around fire, or mulled wine at Christmas vibes - and we are so here for that. Garnets are also rapidly rising in value, and one of the reasons (other than scarcity) is how clean they are as a stone - that is one that is not heated as a standard. Just deep wine crystals ready to be cut. This lovely sized garnet is approx 9mm in diameter (so approaching the 3 carat mark) and we love the size and shape of the hand - it has such great presence. Bezel set in sterling silver it is a ring that focuses on the round and the linear. The shoulders are wide and flat - and we love that contrast of the silver and the rich warm garnet. The idea of stacking has also been considered with this ring - as the underneath of the bezel is cut away - so you could wear bands flush top and bottom of this stunner.
