We proudly source every berry from Blue Ox Blueberries, a woman-owned farm located within ten miles of our own. From there, the berries are brought back to our farm kitchen, where they are slowly cooked in small batches using a traditional method that relies on the fruit's naturally occurring pectin rather than commercial additives. This slower process allows the berries to retain their deep color, and true wild blueberry flavor. Each small batch is simmered with love.
