Tiny Pleades with Diamonds

The Tiny Pleades with green tourmaline and genuine diamonds! It comes in 14k yellow gold as an 18-16g threaded end. It has a 4.5mm overall diameter with 2.5x1.25 tourmaline marquise and .8mm round diamond accents. This piece is simply stunning! Great for most ear piercings, nostrils, lips, etc. This is the front piece only. You will need an 18-16 gauge threaded flatback/barbell post to make it complete.
