2025 Gentle Folk 'Piccadilly' Pinot Noir 

'From Woods Hill Vineyard in Summertown, a new site for Gentle Folk and an established vineyard in the Piccadilly Valley. The wine shows red fruit, wild strawberry and bramble, with fine tannin. Juicier and lighter-bodied than our other single-vineyard Pinot Noirs, it is approachable now.' 'The fruit was fermented as whole berries and whole bunches before pressing, then aged in French oak (20% new). The wine spent nine months in oak followed by three months in tank before bottling.'
