Plenty of families also buy one as a second rig so a younger sibling can sail the same boat. Because all three ILCA rigs share the same top mast section and boom, converting between them is simpler than people expect. Swap the lower mast and the sail and the job is done, which is exactly what this package covers. The sail is the MkII specification and the whole package is class legal, so you can take it straight to a club race, an open meeting or a Nationals without a second thought. Sail numbers are included as 230mm high digital 8 numbers. Two things to note. Tell tales are not included, so add a set if you need them.
