Red reads as medical from across a range, and the side-mounted tourniquets mean anyone on the line can pull one off the instructor's back. Pair it with a belt IFAK on every RSO and a bleeding control station at every bay; this bag is the next layer, not the only one. Training. Every item in the bag is within lay-responder scope after hands-on bleeding control training. Drill with blue C-A-T® trainers, not with the tourniquets you will rely on.
