It has a soft mousse-like texture and delicate flavour with notes of citrus when young, developing a fuller flavour as it ages. Perfect as part of a cheese board or in salads and especially delicious with our Damson Fruit Cheese or Susie's Chilli Jelly. Suitable for Vegetarians
