Rise And Shine

Inspired by the beautiful decor of this glowing sunroom, this painting is fresh and lively and is perfect for someone who loves blue, plants and beautiful pets! I especially love the teal colors and the Matisse painting that hangs on the wall above the sofa is one of my favorites. This painting is part of my Matisse series in which each artwork has a, "painting within the painting", by Matisse. The little black cat and the Border Collie seem to be enjoying the warmth of the sun streaming through the large window. This has been painted with Rembrandt professional watercolor paints on Arches, French-made all cotton, heavyweight watercolor paper. It comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. Dimensions: 20" x 14" Custom framing is available for this artwork. The frame shown in the last few photos is a an example of another painting in the custom framing option I offer. It is a beautiful soft-ivory colored wood frame with grey accents and a waxed silver fillet. The molding is 1" wide and 1" deep including the silver fillet. A soft white, hand-cut archival 2.25" wide Crescent mat surrounds the artwork. It has UV Clear glass and is fitted with D-ring hangers and plastic-coated picture wire so arrives ready to hang. You can select the framed or unframed option in the drop down menu. Custom framing takes 2 weeks to complete prior to shipping, the unframed painting ships next day.
