MUSTARD - Tatsoi

Days to Maturity: 40-50 Sun to Partial Shade Cold-hardy Asian green with dark green, spoon-shaped leaves and a mild mustard flavour. Fast-growing and well suited to cool temperatures and short-season northern gardens. Excellent in salads, stir-fries and steamed dishes. Great for spring and fall planting. 1 g per packet (approx. 100 seeds) Direct sow 3–6 weeks before last frost. Plant seeds ¼ inch deep, about ½ inch apart. Thin seedlings to 3–6 inches apart for full-sized plants. For continuous harvests, sow every 2–3 weeks. Baby greens can be harvested earlier, around 30 days.
