Miel y Chiltepe A blend of cacao from Mexico and Central America, roasted and handmade in Chicago with honey and chile chiltepe. Ingredients: 70% cacao, 30% sugar, raw honey, chile chiltepe We sourced the tiny chiltepe chiles used for this bar from our producing partners in Guatemala at Finca San Jeronimo Miramar. They pack a lot of heat and pair well with the sweet, floral profile of the Mesquite flower honey that is a thin layer inside the bar. This chocolate bar uses unique ingredients from the countries and regions of origin where we source these cacaos, highlighting the complex combination of flavors that come from an array of ingredients found at origin.
