The palate brings Meyer lemon, apricot and freshly cut apple, with a rounded texture and subtle notes of vanilla from oak. It finishes long and fresh, with a gentle hint of apple skin. Its balance of citrus freshness and creamy texture makes it a good match for grilled scallops, butter prawns, crab with a light cream sauce, roast chicken or mushroom risotto.
