Fierce – Lion

Completed 2017 Original Pencil Charcoal on Paper As keeper of noble strength, the Lion teaches us to lead without arrogance, to protect without fear, and to speak our truth with unwavering conviction. He reminds us that the greatest leaders do not seek power for themselves—they become a source of strength for others. His gaze carries the wisdom of a kindred spirit who understands that true strength is not measured by dominance, but by courage, compassion, and the willingness to stand tall when others need us most. The Lion invites us to look within, trust our own voice, and embrace the quiet confidence that comes from knowing who we are. When the Lion walks beside us, he reminds us that leadership begins with the heart. We need not roar to be heard, nor demand respect to earn it. Sometimes, the greatest strength is simply being present, protecting what matters, and having the courage to lead by example.
