The brightest pie in our bakery, our Lemon Chess pie is sweet and tangy. This light, buttery, creamy custard pie is bursting with lemon zest and fresh lemon juice - a perfectly balanced and a refreshing treat! It is a delicious summer/spring pie that pairs well with a dollop of homemade whipped cream and fresh fruit! Pies are 10 inches in diameter and serve 8 - 10 slices.
