Noisette Noir (Hazelnut Chocolate)

There are layers of flavour here that take a moment to arrive. They are worth waiting for. The foundation is rich chocolate sponge — deep, dark, and unapologetically present. Over it pours glossy couverture ganache, built from single-origin chocolate and finished with the slow sweetness of roasted hazelnut purée. Then, at the very last, the crunchy inclusions: small, irregular pieces of caramelised nut that fracture under the fork and remind you that texture, too, is flavour. Each element deepens the one before it. Nothing is decorative. Everything belongs. The finish is long, warm, and intensely layered — the kind that settles slowly and stays. Dark. Smooth. Deeply, irreversibly layered.
