This unit includes a self-service module with a dessert display and a bottom module with a cold drawer and reserve compartment. The dessert display has three shelves and swing doors on the customer side. The cold section is independent with glass all around. The bottom module can hold salads or drinks with a cold drawer and a refrigerated reserve with one door. It has a separate group and control system.
