King Oyster mushrooms are renowned for their thick stem and meaty texture. Due to their dense body, they maintain a succulent texture when cooked. These mushrooms, grown year-round in indoor farms, have exceptional flavour and a lovely, meaty texture. By growing indoors, without soil, we produce the same quality year-round, and our mushrooms have no dirt or grit to remove before cooking. In addition, they retain less water, which means you don’t lose as much weight during cooking. Please keep refrigerated.
