JCN – Acoma Plate with Lightning Designs (1960)

This plate is from 1960 and signed, “JCN”. The plate is made from native clay and painted with bee-weed (black). The plate has a dramatic lighting and rain pattern that swirls across the surface of the piece. The plate was traditionally fired. It is signed, “JCN” and dated 1960. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
