A nurturing, healing, and educational wellness experience Join me on Sunday, April 19 at 5 p.m. for a deeply restorative evening where water, sound, and intention come together to support your healing journey. Hydration Challenge event introduces you to therapeutic Kangen water, the foundations of hydration wellness, and a soothing crystal singing bowl sound bath - all held in a safe, welcoming environment hosted by Kellie, spiritual guide and owner of Earth Family Crystals. 💧What’s Included 10–15 minutes of water wellness education 30‑minute crystal sound bath healing float bath in the heated pool Fresh Kangen water (fresh alkalized water) is served during the event 2–3 days of therapeutic Kangen water to take home Invitation into our Telegram Hydration Challenge for accountability, fun, and community Access to group refill sessions with 20‑minute mini sound baths You will be required to bring your own pool float if you are reserving a pool spot (or you are welcome to just swim and float without a floatie. IF you are reserving a patio seat- please bring your choice of blanket, yoga mat chair, etc. I have an air pump available for blowing up your pool inflatable if needed. ) 🌊 Limited Spots — Registration Required To keep this experience intimate, safe, and nurturing, space is limited: 10 spots inside the pool (floating during the sound bath) 10 spots around the outside of the pool (relaxing on the patio during the sound bath) Registration is required to reserve your spot.
