Under the luminous power of the Full Moon in Scorpio, we gather at a threshold of transformation—where the seen meets the unseen, and the surface gives way to the depths.This moon rises in opposition to the grounded Sun in Taurus, illuminating the sacred tension between holding on and letting go, between comfort and change, between what we possess and what we must surrender. We will begin with naming our intentions and serving our ceremonial Cacao, which has been used by indigenous communities for thousands of years as heart opening medicine. Cacao is a gentle and grounded means to connect deeper with self, spirit, and community. After the Cacao we will begin a guided meditation focused on shedding parts of ourselves and our lives that are ready to detach from our "story". We will then relax into a restorative sound bath with Herbal Healings, that will leave the group feeling deeply renewed. Often the combination of cacao, sound, meditation and plants can leave us with insights, creative visions, and new perspectives in relation to themes and challenges occurring in our daily lives. Following the Ceremony, everyone will be invited to change into their bathing suits for an herb healing to help clear and prepare their body and spirit for the Thermal Journey, including: Oak Sauna, Eucalyptus Steam Room, Vitality Pool, and Cold Plunge. PALMA classes are nonrefundable, however a credit can be issued toward another class if cancelled within 48 hours.
