MATERIAL To create these masterpieces we have gone straight to the experts in Ecuador- where the Panama hat was born. Our factory is ethically run ensuring a safe and fair work environment and each hat is completely handmade from natural straw by the talented artisans, and can take up a month to finish. Due to being handmade, each hat is considered one of a kind and can vary slightly. Panama straw has natural UV protection and is weather resistant.
