Every year, High Park transforms into a pink-hued wonderland, a fleeting reminder of spring’s beauty. To celebrate the season, we’ve sourced a coffee that captures that exact magic. We took a stunning natural-processed coffee from El Salvador and roasted it light to let the terroir sing. It’s vibrant, floral, and incredibly smooth—basically, it's spring in a mug. This coffee excels in high-clarity brewers. We recommend: Pour-over / V60: For maximum floral aromatic intensity. Aeropress: To accentuate the rich cherry sweetness. French Press: For a heavier, tea-like body. Filter: For a clean, daily-drinker profile.
