You’ll also get an introduction to sensory evaluation and learn how origin, processing, roast, and freshness impact coffee quality. On top of that, you’ll refine your milk science, texture control, and latte art skills, while strengthening professional essentials like workflow management, equipment care, and troubleshooting. The course also covers core bar standards in hygiene, safety, and customer service- everything you need to step confidently into more senior barista roles.
