Gran's Pasta Sauce

This sauce is slow cooked for 4 hours to bring out the richness and flavours. All you have to do is chop an onion up and fry then add 500 grams of Millstream Meadows mince and cook till brown then pour over grans pasta sauce simmer for 5 -10 mins add some herbs and you've got the perfect bolognese without the nasties. This sauce is also very versatile it is great as a pizza base and as a recipe base for a vegetarian pasta (not that we encourage that sort of behaviour!). Each jar is 500ml.
