Below you will find details of our services and how to order. Ordering & Upload Instructions Upload your case files directly on this page during checkout. Please note: select the quantity based on the number of units required in the order. Examples: 10-tooth mock-up = quantity 10 Upper and lower Essex retainers = quantity 2 Ordering process Choose your preferred payment method Pay per case at checkout, or select invoice-only checkout to receive a monthly billing statement. Include all relevant case details Please specify the case type, preferences, materials, and any additional clinical requirements within your order. Receive your case Digital files or physical items will be delivered within the stated turnaround time. Please note: cases sent via external portals will only be accepted and processed if they have also been checked out through the LabX platform. Shipping If multiple delivery dates are requested for the same case or order, additional shipping charges may apply for separate dispatches. Remakes Policy Remake charges depend on the reason for the remake and will be discussed with the prescribing clinician on a case-by-case basis. Turnaround Times Crown and bridge: 10 working days Implant restorations: 10 working days Digital dentures: 10–14 working days Aligners: 7 working days Express service 48–72 hour turnaround available Additional charge: £40 per unit Please note: all cases remain the full responsibility of the prescribing clinician. All planning must be carefully reviewed and approved before clinical use.
