Weinig Profimat 30

The compact moulder has been designed for small to medium-sized businesses with a diverse product range, benefits from a small footprint and a small price tag to match. The new Profimat 30 moulder has an impressive list of credentials, taking many of its innovative features from larger, high-performance moulders in the Weinig portfolio and integrating them into a very flexible and powerful entry level moulder. Engineered to the same exacting standards expected of Weinig, the Profimat 30 is constructed on a vibration-absorbing cast iron frame and has a base footprint of just 1.5 x 1.3 metres, allowing it to fit easily into the most challenging of workshops. The Profimat 30 comes with four or five spindles and a choice of two motor packages – a standard package for most applications and an upgraded option when extra grunt is really needed. It also features a standard working height of 8-120mm and a standard working width of 13-230mm, allowing smaller workshops to take on a wide variety of moulding jobs. What is even more remarkable for a moulder of this size, is its optional ability to work to widths of 260mm – the width of a stair tread and, in many cases, a window board. It’s a feature very few machines of this size and this price range can match.
