This by-the-hour approach lets you get professional-style coaching for your home baking without having to enroll in a culinary program or a lengthy class. And you get to learn exactly what you want without all the other stuff. My 25+ years experience will be at your disposal: chocolate work, breads, pastry, cake decorating, etc. NOTE: Unlike the Pastry Workshop for up to 10 People, this option does not include prep so you will likely need to prepare items ahead of time, if desired (i.e. ingredients, tools, base recipes, etc).
