Our workshops combine creativity, scent and intentional pauses, giving participants an opportunity to step away from their screens, try something new and connect in a comfortable, beginner-friendly setting. All materials, guided instruction, setup and cleanup are included. SIGNATURE WORKSHOP $85 PER PERSON CANDLE + PRESSED-FLOWER TRAY Our signature Paint & Pour experience combines two of our most popular activities. Each participant creates a custom-scented 8 oz soy candle and paints a coordinating stone tray decorated with pressed flowers. Approximately 90 minutes. SIGNATURE WORKSHOP $75 PER PERSON CANDLE MAKING Participants explore our scent collection and create a custom-scented 8 oz soy candle. Each person also create a wood intention tag to accompany their candle. Approximately 60–75 minutes. BEAD & BLOOM Participants design a custom gemstone/wood/charm bracelet and create a painted stone trinket tray decorated with pressed flowers. Approximately 75–90 minutes. BRACELET + NATURAL PERFUME ROLLER Participants create a personalized bracelet and blend a natural essential-oil perfume roller to take home. Approximately 60–75 minutes. CREATIVE WORKSHOPS $65 PER PERSON PAINT + PRESSED Participants paint a stone trinket tray and decorate it with a selection of delicate pressed flowers. Approximately 60–75 minutes. AROMATHERAPY BLENDING Participants are introduced to essential oils and guided through creating personalized aromatherapy products. Each guest creates a selection of products such as essential-oil rollers, body oils or botanical bath blends. Approximately 60–75 minutes. JOURNAL, COLLAGE + VISION BOARD A relaxed, open-ended creative experience using journals or art boards, patterned paper, affirmations, images, washi tape, stickers and other collage materials. Approximately 60–90 minutes. A minimum of 10 participants or an equivalent minimum booking fee applies to off-site workshops. Pricing includes: • All supplies and take-home creations • Workshop preparation • Guided instruction and facilitation • Setup and cleanup • Travel within the Ottawa area • A welcoming, beginner-friendly experience Additional travel fees may apply to events outside the Ottawa area. Parking fees or venue-required charges may also be added when applicable. IN-STUDIO GROUPS Private groups of up to 12 participants can join us at the Cup of Intention studio in Stittsville.
