Wade Quilt

For centuries, Indian women have stitched together old saris to create beautiful blankets and floor cloths, giving new life to cherished, timeworn textiles. Each one of a kind quilt, typically 60 to 80 years old, is chosen for its character, beautiful imperfections, and unexpected color and texture. No two are ever alike. Carefully shampooed and softened multiple times, each quilt has a wonderfully supple feel, soft enough to snuggle into and durable enough for upholstery.
