King Prawns in Brine

Sweet, meaty king prawns, cooked and preserved in a light brine. Cooked and peeled king prawns, ready to use straight from the pack. Larger and firmer than our cold water prawns, with a satisfying bite. Good simply with mayonnaise, in a seafood platter, or added to a curry or stir-fry. No cooking required, just drain before use. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 3 days or by the date shown on pack. 250g pack, 150g drained weight.
