Gold Cool Maria Figure

Meet our Gold Cool Maria Bust, a gloriously irreverent take on one of the world's most famous faces. She's swapped her mysterious Renaissance charm for a fabulous gold finish and a pair of black sunglasses, looking less like she's waiting to be admired in the Louvre and more like she's deciding who's getting into the VIP area. Pop her on a bookshelf, console or drinks cabinet amongst your favourite collected treasures. She's equally at home in a glamorous maximalist interior or somewhere unexpectedly traditional. Why we love it... Classical busts are usually terribly serious. They're supposed to sit on pedestals looking cultured while everyone quietly admires them. We much prefer the idea of one wearing sunglasses and looking like she's about to refuse entry to her own private members' club.
