It pairs the core ZO daily steps with Growth Factor Serum, and is intended to be used consistently over several months. The kit contains: Exfoliating Cleanser — 60ml Exfoliating Polish — 16.2g Complexion Renewal Pads — 30 pads Daily Power Defense — 30ml Growth Factor Serum — 30ml Who it suits Suited to skin showing early to moderate signs of ageing, where the priority is overall rejuvenation rather than a single concern. It is an active regimen, so it is best started with clinical guidance, particularly if your skin is sensitive or you are already using a prescription retinoid. How to use Morning: Exfoliating Cleanser, Complexion Renewal Pads, Growth Factor Serum, Daily Power Defense, then a broad-spectrum SPF (sold separately; we usually recommend ZO Daily Sheer SPF 50). Evening: Exfoliating Cleanser, Exfoliating Polish two to three times per week, Complexion Renewal Pads, Growth Factor Serum, Daily Power Defense. Build up the exfoliating steps gradually and scale back if the skin feels tight or reactive. Daily SPF is essential throughout. Avoid the eye area. For external use only.
