Fermented Green Garden Kraut

One of our most loved ferments is a simple blend of cabbage and jalapenos. It goes great on tacos, rice with smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, hamburgers, etc. It’s mildly spicy with a hint of sweetness. You’ll love it! Ingredients: organic cabbage, organic jalapenos, organic caraway seed, spring water, unrefined sea salt.
