Given Luigi's academic specialism in the chemistry of wine aromatics, they make some of Campania's greatest wines - elegant and expressive versions using indigenous varieties. This Falanghina is probably our favourite of the excellent line up - showing aromas of apples, pineapple and wildflowers. The palate is crisp and elegant with lovely purity of fruit and a mineral core running through the wine. There are also subtle hints of melon, apricot, mango, honey and salinity. These are not loud, showy wines - they are defined by their nuance, elegance and complexity - and we are delighted to add them to our list. If you're in the know, you know!
