Health & Therapeutic Benefits Prolonged sitting or lying flat can strain the cervical spine, compress lumbar discs, and worsen digestive issues. The Putnams V-Shaped Pillow provides multi-system relief across a range of conditions: Respiratory & Acid Reflux Relief: Elevates the head and torso to maintain open airways and keep stomach acid down overnight. Neck, Shoulder & Back Pain: Offloads pressure points across the upper body, alleviating stiffness caused by arthritis, poor posture, or muscle strain. Pregnancy & Maternity Support: Supports a growing pregnancy bump when side-sleeping, taking weight off the lower back and pelvis. Nursing & Breastfeeding Assistant: Rests comfortably around the waist or lap to support baby at the correct height, easing strain on maternal shoulders and arms. Sinus, Vertigo & Post-Surgery Recovery: Keeps the head stably elevated to minimize inner ear fluid pressure, facial swelling, and post-operative discomfort. Versatile Ways to Use Upright Reading & TV Backrest: Position behind your head and back in bed or on an armchair to create an instant supportive armchair-style contour. Elevated Sleep & Side Alignment: Sleep on or between the V-arms to maintain optimal spinal alignment and stay securely in the recovery position.
