Hydration Weight Vest Lift, run, hike, and climb while staying hydrated. Most weight vests treat hydration as an afterthought, a bladder you strap on separately and hope to stay put. The Hydration Weight Vest is different. It's the first patented design with the hydration compartment engineered directly into the vest, held securely by hanger-style straps so it never sinks, shifts, or gets in the way of your weight plates. The Hydration Weight Vest is version two of the Training Vest, built for hikers, runners, ruckers, and anyone adding resistance to their training, with dedicated storage for your hydration bladder, weight plates, and everyday gear, so nothing shifts, sinks, or slows you down. Adjustable, one size fits most Shoulder straps and waist straps are fully adjustable, with the shoulder straps adjusting from the back. When tightened, they curve around your rhomboids (the upper back, just behind your shoulders), adding a layer of padding there so the strap sits against that padding instead of directly against your back. One size fits most, so there's no guesswork on sizing before you order. Weight compartments Both the front panel and rear panel have a bottom compartment built to hold weight, and you're not locked into buying special plates just for this vest. Load them with the included sand plates, or use barbell plates or standard weight plates you already have (not included), so you can grab weight from anywhere instead of ordering something custom-sized for the vest. Each compartment is fitted with a metal hook internal strap that holds the plates firmly in place, so there's no shifting while you're running, walking, or jumping. Each compartment closes with a two-part reinforcement plus an outer flap, keeping the load fully secured no matter how hard you're moving. Hydration The rear panel includes a dedicated hydration pack compartment on its inner side, fitted with two reinforcement Velcro straps that act like a hanger, holding your bladder up and in place so it never sinks to the bottom. A routing hole runs from the compartment up to the shoulder strap, and the strap itself has two elastic stabilizers to guide the tube through, keeping it secure and out of the way while you move. Fits a 2L hydration bladder. When rucking or hiking long distances, fill the bladder with cold water for a refreshing, cooling effect against your back. Storage and modular attachment The rear panel also features an expandable compartment closed with a YKK zipper and covered by a fold-over fabric flap that hides the zipper and keeps it water resistant. It expands to hold clothing, snacks, or trail essentials, and fits a laptop or iPad, so it works just as well for a hike as it does for carrying your things to go work somewhere. The rear panel also has a patch panel for personalizing your vest. Up front, the MOLLE-webbed compartment is finished with loop-side Velcro so you can attach patches, flags, or morale patches directly onto it, and closes securely with a YKK zipper. Comfort where it counts The interior is lined with neoprene for a soft, comfortable feel against your skin during longer sessions. Shoulder straps are padded and finished with mesh to help absorb sweat and keep you comfortable mile after mile. Waist straps are made with elastic, padded fabric that expands to fit your torso size. Weather-ready construction The exterior shell is a water-repellent polyester and nylon blend, built to hold up against sweat, rain, and everyday wear.
