Attend High Heels and Hot Flashes - This is THE event to help you redefine midlife and menopause. Our last 5 events were SOLD OUT and this just proves how important having discussions about menopause and midlife is for EVERY woman. Our intention is to create a community and an inclusive space where ALL women and womb holders feel seen and heard in their experiences. Learn from incredible speakers, shop online from local women-owned businesses and laugh with others who are also trying to navigate this next journey in our lives. Note: We acknowledge that this event will be held on the traditional lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabe, the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, and the Wendat peoples. We honor their elders, past and present, who have stewarded this land and preserved their cultures and traditions. Canada was built by marginalized communities, including Indigenous Peoples and Black people, many of whom were brought over against their will. We recognize the ongoing impacts of colonialism and the urgent need for justice and equity for all especially in the current genocides happening in our world. Our efforts aim to reclaim the knowledge, wisdom, and community that colonialism has sought to erase—gathering is a form of resistance.
