Description The NANLUX Lantern Softbox 180cm with NL Mount (LT-NLM-180) is a large, spherical light modifier designed for compatible NANLUX fixtures with an NL Mount. With its 180cm diameter, it transforms the output of a compatible fixture into a broad, soft, and almost omnidirectional light source, making it ideal for creating natural ambient illumination and overhead lighting. The lantern produces a 61° beam angle at 50% intensity and a 97° field angle at 10% intensity, providing wide and even light distribution. Its silver-colored interior efficiently reflects light while maintaining a soft quality, making it particularly useful for interviews, film sets, table-top scenes, hospitality environments, and atmospheric interior lighting. The integrated NL Mount speed ring allows the softbox to be attached directly to compatible NANLUX lighting fixtures. Its collapsible design makes setup, breakdown, storage, and transportation convenient for professional productions. Two included skirt panels provide additional control over the light spread, allowing users to reduce unwanted spill and make the otherwise broad light more directional. A carrying bag is included for convenient transportation and storage.
