Lost Planet: Extreme Condition - Colonies Edition | Xbox 360

Return to the frozen world of Lost PlanetLost Planet: Extreme Condition - Colonies Edition combines the original third-person action campaign with additional modes and expanded multiplayer content. Fight across the icy environments of E.D.N. III, moving between battles on foot and encounters inside heavily armed Vital Suits. Large Akrid creatures and hostile human forces keep the campaign shifting between open firefights and imposing boss encounters.Thermal energy is part of the moment-to-moment pressure. The cold steadily consumes this resource, so collecting more while pushing through enemy positions becomes part of your route through a mission. A grappling device helps you reach ledges and change position, while the weight and firepower of a Vital Suit offer a very different approach when one is available. The Colonies release adds ways to revisit the campaign, including Score Attack, a boss-focused Trial Battle mode and an unlockable Off Limit mode. Its original online feature set also introduced additional maps, weapons, playable characters and match types. These edition-specific additions make the Colonies disc distinct from the standard Extreme Condition release.Xbox 360 Colonies EditionThis is the North American Xbox 360 DVD-ROM release from Capcom, rated Teen. The campaign supports one player; online matches originally supported up to 16. Current network service availability is separate from the physical disc and is not guaranteed by this listing. Colonies and the original release have separate save and multiplayer compatibility. Review the selected condition and photographs for the copy and included packaging.
