Most results are ready within about 15 minutes while you wait. Occasionally an item needs further review by Entrupy, which can take up to 24 hours. If your item is verified authentic, an Entrupy certificate is emailed to you. If it is found not to be authentic, no certificate is issued, but we provide a screenshot of the Entrupy result. Fees are non-refundable, regardless of the result. A full refund applies only if Entrupy declines the item or cannot authenticate it. We do not authenticate watches, or handbags in exotic leathers (crocodile, alligator, ostrich, lizard).
