Sugar Rush Peach - Hot Pepper

A modern choice variety, brought to us by Chris Fowler , we acknowledge his efforts ! This pepper is from the genus Capiscum baccatum. Huge plants up to 5 feet tall are very productive for a long period. Fruit has a curved shape with pointed ends.Colour range starts light green to yellow, maturing to a Peach colour. Used in hot sauce, measuring 50,000 to 100,000 Scoville units. Very fruity taste before the heat ! Excellent for salsa, pepper jellies and for pickles.
