The Alexander Industries OTT-100 is an open four-post aluminum cart that carries a stack of up to 112 oval serving trays in the 19, 22 and 23 in. sizes, with other sizes available. It moves clean trays from the dish room to the server station and stacks of dirty trays back again in hotels, banquet halls and cafeterias. The frame is all welded, rolls on 5 in. swivel casters and arrives set up and ready for use.1-1/2 In. There are no rivets to work loose under a heavy stack, and aluminum will not rust in the dish room. The four corner posts hold a tall stack of trays square while you push it through a service corridor.5 In. Ball Bearing Swivel Casters, Two With BrakesFour 5 in. swivel casters with ball bearings and non-marking hard rubber tires roll a full stack over tile and carpet without scuffing. Two brakes hold the cart still while servers pull trays from the top.
